We are Carlsbad Citizens for Community Oversight -- Carlsbad C2O. The organization is comprised of a board of directors, and several sub-committees that specialize in various areas of government, school board, and civic oversight. Every member of the organization is a Carlsbad resident and registered voter. The scope of our efforts is limited to the City of Carlsbad, CA.
